Warranty and Policy Information

• All our used parts have a 30-day warranty, except carburetors. Returned parts that are incorrectly ordered will be refunded less shipping and handling charges.
• We do not sell parts for experimentation (to determine whether a particular part on your car is bad or not).
• There is a $20.00 minimum sale requirement.
• We will not be responsible for improper installation. We will not be liable for and purchaser waives all claims for consequential damages that may result from the sale of any parts including, wages or salary, labor charges, and any other incurring costs. Buyer’s sole remedy against seller shall be the replacement part if timely returned to seller. If you have any questions, contact us.
• Engines are guaranteed against rod knocks, cracked blocks, and excessive smoking for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Engine accessories are not guaranteed when they are sold with the engine. Automatic transmissions are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. Standard shift transmissions are excluded from warranty.
• Warrantor reserves the right to exclude certain parts from warranty.
