LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY and POLICY

RadiatorsNow.com's supplier warrants our products, under normal use and services, as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the RadiatorsNow.com part was installed. The original receipt must accompany any returned parts or warranty is voided.

This warranty covers any RadiatorsNow.com part supplied, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by RadiatorsNow.com. This warranty does not apply to any equipment, which shall have been repaired or altered outside the factory in any way so as, in the judgment of RadiatorsNow.com, affect its stability. This warranty does not apply to any equipment, which has been subject to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions in excess of those which such equipment was designed. Warranty does not apply if the vehicle in which the part was installed was used in commercial, government, fleet, racing of off-highway applications. The warranty specifically excludes the effects of physical or chemical properties of steam or other liquids or gases used in the equipment. This warranty does not apply to parts, which have failed due to external corrosion, including salt air corrosion common to coastal areas, unless such corrosion occurs during the first five- (5) years of normal use. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.

RadiatorsNow.com's supplier warrants its products to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship, as limited herein. This warranty shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, except warranties implied by law. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose which extend beyond the description herein, are expressly disclaimed.

In order to make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must return the part, along with a copy of the original receipt, to the place of purchase with all shipping or transportation charges prepaid. If, in the judgment of RadiatorsNow.com, this warranty does not apply to the part returned, then purchaser must prepay all return shipping or transportation charges from the place of purchase back to purchaser.

Purchaser's remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a part for which the examination of RadiatorsNow.com determine to have been defective. Purchaser's remedy does not include reimbursement for any labor or material incurred by purchaser for removal or installation of parts.

Under no circumstances shall RadiatorsNow.com, its owners or suppliers, be liable for any consequential damages of any kind for breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty resulting from the order or use of its products. These damages include (but not limited to) reimbursement of original purchase price, loss of the use of the vehicle, loss of time or inconvenience, towing charges, rental of a replacement vehicle and/or any other special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

This warranty is not transferable and is automatically canceled in the event that the vehicle in which the part has been initially installed is sold, leased or otherwise transferred to other party. Neither RadiatorsNow.com, neither its owners nor its supplier neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than as expressly stated herein.

NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTS ABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
